Trucks and tractors were bedecked with lights, displays and waving Patterson residents during the electric parade portion of this past weekend’s Patterson-Westley Chamber of Commerce Downtown Christmas Open House, when the city’s Christmas tree was lit and several community-decorated conifers were also on display.
