• 8:40 a.m.: A woman reported to police that someone tampered with her vehicle’s gas tank overnight, leaving plastic shavings and a metal fuel tank bracket bent out of shape. Police were unable to find a suspect due to a lack of fingerprints on the vehicle. The victim told police she also experienced vehicle vandalism two years ago at her former home, where vandals covered her car in motor oil and pierced her tires with nails.
