Aug. 12

4:33 p.m.: Jose Morenozuniga, 23, was arrested for felony willful harm or injury to child and also a misdemeanor Turlock PD warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol on the 1200 block of Yellowhammer Drive.

11:56 p.m.: Petty theft from a vehicle was reported when an unknown subject(s) entered an unlocked vehicle and took a car stereo on the 200 block of Leverton Drive.

Aug. 13

4:58 p.m.: A battery was reported when an unknown subject attacked the victim, causing minor injury on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

Aug. 14

3:26 a.m.: Sean Vamper, 23, was arrested for felony criminal threats of violence and stalking on the 300 block of Amador Creek Lane.

3:26 a.m.: Devon Wondra, 27, was cited for misdemeanor possession of meth pipe and violation of probation on Seasons Drive and Winter Lane. Wondra was also cited for a misdemeanor Patterson Police Services warrant for assault.

8:44 a.m.: Alex Reynoso, 20, was arrested for felony lewd/lascivious acts with child under 14 years, as well as a violation of parole at an unknown address in Patterson.

1:14 p.m.: Jennifer Saleen, 28, was cited for a misdemeanor Ceres PD warrant for theft on the 200 block of West Las Palmas Avenue.

2:34 p.m.: Petty theft of a license plate was reported when an unknown subject(s) removed the back plate to the vehicle on the 700 block of Kinshire Way.

6 p.m.: Male juvenile was released to his parents after being cited for misdemeanor petty theft on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

6:08 p.m.: Hit and run was reported when a vehicle was hit in the parking lot and the responsible vehicle fled the scene on the 100 block of El Circulo.

9:14 p.m.: Two juvenile males were cited for felony burglary, conspiracy and possession of stolen property on the 1300 block of Shasta Creek Court. Both juveniles were released to the custody of their parents.

Aug. 15

2:29 p.m.: Richard Arant, 54, was arrested for misdemeanor driving under the influence on the 200 block of Park Center Drive.

4:34 p.m.: Residential burglary was reported when an unknown subject(s) entered a home on the 200 block of North Fourth Street without permission. No items were found to be missing.

10:23 p.m.: Peter Edwards, 21, was arrested for two outstanding warrants on the corner of South Sixth and E Streets. One out of Patterson Police Services for misdemeanor theft and the other out of Modesto PD for felony evading.

Aug. 16

3:22 p.m.: Jose Gutierrez, 48, was cited for possession of an open container in a park at North Park.

Aug. 17

1:16 a.m.: McRobert Alves, 24, was arrest for misdemeanor drunk in public at the 30 block of South Third Street.

12:21 p.m.: Debbie Thompson, 59, was arrested for misdemeanor under the influence of controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

7:16 p.m.: Hit and run was reported when a white vehicle collided with a burgundy vehicle and then fled the scene on the 500 block of Westfield Place.

Aug. 18

12:51 a.m.: Gervacio Juan, 61, was arrested for felony threaten crime with intent to terrorize and delaying/obstructing officer in performance of duties on the 1300 block of Cougar Creek Drive.

7:31 a.m.: Vehicle burglary was reported when an unknown subject(s) forced entry into a vehicle and took several items on the 500 block of Sunflower Drive.

9:43 a.m.: Vandalism was reported when an unknown subject(s) gained access to the roof of a building on the 1000 block of West Las Palmas Avenue, damaging tiles. There was also damage to several sprinklers.

5:23 p.m.: Vandalism to a vehicle was reported when an unknown subject(s) shot a BB gun at the back window causing it to shatter at Garza Park.
