Although the event takes place in Modesto, spokesman Kate Trompetter said that the added income, supplied by the 1200 attendees, will support many branches throughout Stanislaus County, including Patterson.
“While Edible Extravaganza happens in Modesto, it supports all of what Center for Human Services does throughout the county. Services offered at CHS facilities, like the Patterson Family Resource Center, are supported by our overall agency fundraising efforts…” said Trompetter.
“Edible Extravaganza is a really easy and affordable way to support a great cause. It’s worthwhile because the programs that Center for Human Services (CHS) offers youth and families in Stanislaus County, including Patterson, are worthwhile. By attending, you’re are supporting our work.”
A courtyard reception will take place at 5 p.m. Doors will open to the public at 6 p.m. The event will showcase signature dishes and wines created by over 50 of the area’s newest and oldest restaurants and wineries. Live music will also be provided on two separate stages throughout the evening.
