Troop 82 scouts are recognized

Seven Patterson Boy Scouts from Troop 82 received awards Saturday evening, July 6 when the troop held a Court of Honor after recently attending a week at summer camp in the Sierra.

Bradley Gregory advanced to the Star rank after earning the communications, citizenship in the nation, and citizenship in the world merit badges.

Robert Guiseponi became a Tenderfoot Scout. He also earned the swimming, fishing and sculpture merit badges. Earning fishing and photography was Ryan Pittman.

Sean Hicks received the first aid badge; Calvin Langstaff earned the sculpture badge, and Frankie Fahey the painting badge.

Pittman and Isaac Hider both received the Totin’ Chip and Firem‘n Chit badges.
