Emily Dolson, a student at San Lorenzo Valley High School, has been named a semifinalist in the 2009 National Merit Scholarship Program. She will compete for one of 8,200 scholarships to be awarded nationally.
Frances Barnes, Jonathan Lilley, Rowan O’Neal and Chad Townsend were named as Commended Students in the program.
