Nominations will be accepted for Woman of the Year, Man of the Year, Youth of the Year, Business of the Year, Organization of the Year and Beautification of Scotts Valley.
Each category’s winner will be honored at the chamber’s 50th Anniversary Community Awards Dinner on Oct. 20.
The deadline for nominations is Friday, Sept. 14. Forms are available at www.scottsvalleychamber.org or by calling 438-1010.
