Sperry sidewalk needed

I was just thinking about the town I moved from and how I enjoyed walking to the coffee shop while pushing my son in the stroller. Unfortunately, Patterson does not have a sidewalk on Sperry Avenue from Baldwin Road to Rogers Road. I have walked this route once before, but it was too dangerous without a sidewalk.

Does Patterson have any plans on putting in a continuous sidewalk on the western part of Sperry Avenue? I think many citizens would use it and would enjoy walking safely to get coffee or a bite to eat.

This town sucks for bike riding! Need way more bike lanes. 33 could use some, West Main... besides all the streets in town. If a cyclist is coming west on Sperry from Del Puerto, where are they supposed to go when they hit So. 9th??? into the street is the only option. That coupled with the sheer ignorance/intolerance of some drivers makes for risky ride. Cars don't even stop when the lights are flashing in the crosswalk.

It would be nice if they also had a bicycle lane in those areas for all those who ride bicycles. I can imagine what the summer will be like when everyone enjoys the outdoors. The street between Las Palmas school and save mart would also benefit
