10:23 a.m.: A report of malicious mischief was called in for a fence burning on the 1200 block of Kestrel Drive. Someone lit a back fence on fire with an unknown substance.

1:19 p.m.: A juvenile was cited and released to their guardian with a promise to appear in juvenile court for possession of controlled substance at Patterson High School, 200 N. Seventh St.


5:36 p.m.: Jose Jesus Gutierrrez, 46, of Patterson was arrested for violation of a court order on the 100 block of North Seventh Street.

Oct. 27

7:57 p.m.: Richard Paniagua, 26, of Discovery Bay was arrested for burglary on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue.

Oct. 26

2:59 p.m.: A report of malicious mischief was reported on the 600 block of Spooner Court when someone let the air out of several vehicles at one address.

Oct. 24

10:21 a.m.: A report for theft of mail was taken on the 1300 block of Sutter Creek Court. Someone broke into the victims’ mailbox and removed the contents.

3:37 p.m.: A report for identity theft was taken on the 1000 block of Sperry Avenue. The victim had lost his wallet, and an unknown person had found it and used the victims’ credit cards.

Oct. 23

4:05 p.m.: James Oneal Jackson, 37, of Patterson was arrested on suspicion of possession of methamphetamine near the corner of South Salado Avenue and Plaza.

9:52 p.m.: Hugo Garcia, 22, of Patterson and Jesus Torres, 20, of Riverbank were arrested on suspicion of possession of a loaded firearm near the corner of Zacharias and Rogers Roads.
