Then mix the ingredients for your drink regimen into the 60 ounces of water and consume 6 - 10 ounces
glasses during the day. Some people even say to increase the amounts to do 11 to 12 glasses a day to get
the calories up to 1200 calories for the day. It is also recommended to drink water in between the glasses
of lemonade to help rinse the acid from the lemonade.
