| On February 26, 2010, The Modesto Peace/Life Center submitted an application to the Federal Communications Commission for construction permit for a new noncommercial, educational FM station to serve Westley, CA on 95.5 MHz at 2.65 kw from a transmitter at 37 29 34 N. Lat, 121 13 29 W. Long., at an elevation of 31 meters AGL, and from a studio within 25 miles of Westley. The names of the officers and directors of the applicant are John Frailing (Co-chair), Shelly Scribner (Co-chair), Keith Werner (Treasurer), Michael Chiavetta, Jana Chiavetta, James Costello, Michael Lenahan, John Lucas, Dan Onorato, Narmelin Ovrahim, David Rockwell.
