PUBLIC NOTICE THE CITY OF PATTERSON PLANNING COMMISSION REGULAR MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Patterson Planning Commission will hold a Regular Meeting on Thursday, July 12, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located at 1 Plaza, Patterson, to consider the following:
Public Hearing: Architectural & Site Plan Review #12-03 701 S. 2nd Street, Thompson Chevrolet, Buick Remodel The owner of 701 2nd Street, Thompson Chevrolet Buick, proposes to construct a new vertical façade, a new entry tower in front of the showroom, a 10’ expansion of the existing showroom, and a new canopy for car delivery at the northeast corner. The remainder of the building exterior will be repainted to match the new construction. This project is exempt from review under the California Environmental Quality Act according to §15301(e)(1) and §15303(e).
At the above noted time and place, testimony from interested persons will be heard by the Planning Commission and duly considered prior to making a recommendation. Any material submitted to the Planning Commission for consideration (photographs, petitions, letters, etc.) will be retained by the City and cannot be returned. If a challenge to the above application is made in court, persons may be limited to raising only those issues they or someone else raised at the Public Hearing.
