PUBLIC NOTICE THE CITY OF PATTERSON PLANNING COMMISSION SPECIAL MEETING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Patterson Planning Commission will hold a special meeting on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers located at 1 Plaza, Patterson, California 95363 to consider the following:
Public Hearing: The West Patterson Business Park Expansion Project Planned Development #11-01, Pre-zone/Annexation #11-01, General Plan Amend ment #11-01, Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #11-01, Vesting Tentative Parcel Map #11-02, Development Agreement #11-01, Development Agreement #11-02.
A public hearing to consider entitlements related to the West Patterson Business Park Expansion Project (the " Business Park Project "). The Business Park Project consists of a combined and final development plan, pre-zoning and annexation of a 1,119 gross acre site bounded by Rogers Road, Interstate 5, Sperry Avenue and Zacharias Road, amendments to the General Plan, a combined preliminary and final development plan, vesting tentative parcel maps and draft development agreements. Build out of the Business Park Project final development plan could accommodate up to 13.47 million square feet of light industrial, business park and general commercial uses and associated infrastructure.
An environmental impact report (EIR) has been prepared which concludes that the Business Park Project could result in significant adverse unavoidable impacts to agricultural resources, air quality and greenhouse gas emissions, and transportation. The Draft EIR recommends mitigation measures to lessen these impacts in accordance with California Public Resources Code Section 21000 et seq. (the California Environmental Quality Act).
NOTICE IS ALSO HEREBY GIVEN that the Business Park Project applications, reports and documents listed above are available for public review at the City of Patterson City Hall, City Clerks Office during normal business hours. City Hall is located at 1 Plaza, Patterson, California 95363. All interested parties are invited to review the documents prior to the July 5, 2012 Public Hearing.
ALL INTERESTED PARTIES are invited to attend the July 5, 2012 public hearing to express opinions or submit evidence for or against the approval of the Business Park Project and the individual applications listed above. At the above noted time and place, testimony from interested persons will be heard and considered by the City of Patterson Planning Commission prior to taking any action or making any recommendation on the Business Park Project. On request, the agenda and the documents in the hearing agenda packet can be made available to persons with a disability.
