Ward Avenue medical center wants to move property line Print E-mail

At a glance
  • WHAT: Planning commission meeting
  • WHEN: 7 p.m. Thursday
  • WHERE: Council Chambers, City Hall, 1 Plaza

A complex that houses four medical buildings on Ward Avenue just south of Highway 33 may have its property line shifted Thursday.

The Patterson planning commission will review a request by the complex’s owners, John and Brenda Ramos, to move the property line about 100 feet to the north. If approved, the extra acreage would come from a John Deere dealership next to the medical facility that is also owned by the Ramoses.

In a report to the commission, a city planner said the lot line adjustment “would reconfigure two lots to better reflect the current use of the properties.” The existing property line divides the medical buildings from their northern parking lot. The proposed property line would run along a fence that separates the tractor dealership from the medical complex.
