OPINIONS
Columns on our editorial page reflect the opinions of the authors. Our editorials, on the top left of the page under the masthead, represent the opinions of the newspaper owners and the editorial board. We welcome your letters to the editor on all subjects of public interest. Letters must include the writer’s name (for publication), address and telephone number (for verification). We reserve the right to edit all letters, which will be printed as space permits. A good rule of thumb for length is 300 words per letter.
