The Patterson High football team beat host Argonaut 24-21 in overtime tonight in the first round of the Sac-Joaquin Section Division V playoffs. The Tigers now travel to face Hilmar, which beat Modesto Christian 55-14, in the semifinals on Nov. 28. Hilmar beat Patterson 13-10 in the regular season finale last week.
