Cesar Fernando Palacio is the new son of Rosa and Lombardo Palacio of Patterson. He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 19¾ inches long when he was born April 21, 2008, at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto. He was welcomed home by his siblings, Lombardo, 10, Jose, 8, and Jacqueline, 4. Cesar’s grandparents are Francisco and Dolores Durán of Patterson and Donaciano and Consuelo Palacio of Mexico. Avery Lynn Vizzolini is the first child of JaNae and Rob Vizzolini of Modesto. She was born June 19, 2008, at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock, weighing 7 pounds, 13 ounces and measuring 21 inches. Avery’s grandparents are Henry and Karen Agundez of Patterson, George and Carolyn Bettencourt of Dos Palos, Mark and Jane Taylor of Modesto and Bob Vizzolini of Newman. Great-grandparents are Floren and Marilyn Grischott of Patterson, Ed and Alma Bettencourt of Vernalis and Saxon and Merle Downs of Modesto. Mary Theresa McComas is the new daughter of Joe and Lisa McComas of Manteca. She was born July 11, 2008, at Doctors Hospital in Manteca. Mary Theresa weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces and measured 19¾ inches long. Her older sister, Elisabeth Jo, 21 months, welcomed her home. Mary Theresa’s grandparents are David and JoAnne McComas of Pleasanton and Fred and Theresa Lara of Westley. Daniel Perez of Westley is her great-grandfather. Reagan Alexandria Allard was born to Alice and Guy Allard of Westley on July 18, 2008. Reagan weighed 6 pounds, 15 ounces and measured 18¾ inches when she arrived at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto. She was welcomed home by her brother, Guy, age 2. Her grandparents are Lee and Glenda Allard of Westley and Gilbert and Velma Borba of Patterson.
