Berean senior chosen for scholars honor
Zack Farmer, son of John and Daniella Farmer, has been chosen for membership in the National Society of High School Scholars.

Farmer, a senior at Berean Christian School, is the school’s Associated Student Body president. He is an honors student with a 3.9 grade-point average who has been accepted into the California Maritime Academy as a freshman this fall.

Farmer is also an Eagle Scout in Boy Scout Troop 533 and has been involved in many community service projects, including repairing and painting the sign at New Hope Church, where he plays keyboards on the worship team. He has also played piano at Our Saviour’s Lutheran Church at weddings and graduations.
