A Community Effort, Rally for Relay, ¡Por la libertad! A COMMUNITY EFFORT  The setup: Erika Durbala (from right), Shiloh Allen and Amy Pierce sort out items to be auctioned at Saturday's annual P.R.I.D.E. Dinner Auction at Best Western Villa Del Lago. Organizers sold 142 dinner tickets and auctioned off almost 150 items, raising $31,000 for scholarships. “People were very generous,” Dave Santos said. “Everybody had a wonderful time. This is their chance to help the kids in the community go onto higher education.” This year’s scholarships will be given out at 7 p.m. May 13 at the Patterson High School Auditorium.
