Mother reports scuffle with son

Police responded to reports that a 19-year-old Patterson man hit his 40-year-old mother at 7:15 a.m. Sunday after they got into an argument on the 2000 block of Sperry Avenue.

ImageThe mother saw her son urinating on the floor, and when she told him to go to the bathroom instead, he started yelling at her and hit her, she told police. When she reported the incident about three hours later, her son had left and deputies could not find him. The woman had no visible injuries.
