			<description>Points:  between morning and afternoon, probably more than 3 dozen people from both sides spoke.

Most of the West Park opposition who spoke, lead by WS-PACE.org, wore pins in opposition.  That was well over a dozen a dozen people -- not a few as the story says.

&quot;Kamilos has said in the past that West Park plans to spend $40 million on the matter and that preliminary engineering studies have shown Plaza Circle will not be impacted.&quot;  But what do these words mean?  He won't intrude on the Center Museum Building, but the historic parks will?  We need exact information and we don't see how an overpass can't have a distructive impact on the circle.
